The motorsport arena is a fast paced sector and solutions needed to be implemented yesterday. Solutions which have to deliver high-performance, efficiency and not fail.

When a motorsport supplier was approached to develop vehicle systems for Le Mans race cars, overnight the business started to prepare for growth opportunities in a market they had never dealt with before.

When asking Nick, the Operations Director, what’s important to him he replied “we are looking to grow our business every day. What we really want to know is what you are doing to help us meet our growth plans”.

For Humana, this meant developing hundreds of new contacts and developing a network of skilled engineers in order to meet these new requirements. “Humana responded to our business needs by working with us to develop an approach that would help facilitate our growth”, explains Nick. This involved networking with engineers experienced in the development of vehicle systems for Le Mans race cars; developing contacts with people who can add real value through their expertise and experience in these types of projects.

Thanks to the successful collaboration with Humana, the company has successfully expanded their race series division with a 114% increase in sales revenue from their first project.
